  GET ME OUT OF HERE!

Nudity, the choice to cover/hide our bodies or not, is a fundamental human right. All laws that force us to hide our bodies are misanthropic insults to all people. When they call us, our bodies, "indecent," or "obscene," or even "ugly," they are hurling misanthropic hate for the whole human species. We are the most beautiful species. I will not be insulted or shamed for being human.

I am always looking for non-sexual friends to ride and share with near Spokane, WA, USA.

A nice woman told me this in and on-line conversation.

Well, I'm not sure about feminists. I've seen to much anti-men hate from feminists to expect any of them to support men at all. I do support public nudity for men of all ages. Choice of clothing or not is a fundamental human right. Any demand that we cover our bodies is an offensive personal insult. Any insinuation that a man's body is "obscene" or "indecent" or "scary" or "ugly" for being a man, or for being human, is hate speech and a personal insult. We are the most beautiful species, all of us at any age or sex.

Human beings are normally naked as are every other species. It takes work, energy, and lots of natural resources to cover our bodies and hide ourselves from ourselves. Clothing is inherently uncomfortable, unhealthy, unnatural, inconvenient, and except for winter in very cold climates, a big waste of time, money, and natural resources. Normal is naked. Naked is as natural and normal for human beings as it is for your dog, cat, goat, horse, and every other species. Human beings are not obscene, indecent, ugly, or offensive for simply existing.

This web site is devoted to the demand that human beings, every part and function of human beings, are beautiful, natural, normal, and acceptable everywhere. Those who are offended by human beings have a deep psychosis and hatred of themselves and their own bodies. Fear and loathing of human bodies is psychotic on many levels. If you have a problem with this web site, you need to see a shrink.

This page is educational for children. The primary work of children is to learn all the knowledge and behavior they will need to become fully functional adults. Most of their learning is done by passively observing adults and adult behavior. Children need to learn about themselves and about their own species by passively observing a full range of other members of their species, young and old, thick and thin, all ages, all races, all bodies. Systematically depriving children of opportunities to observe a wide variety of human bodies in person or on line, such as is done on some social media web sites, deprives them of learning and is deliberately harmful and hurtful to children. We parents are not raising children, we are creating and training functional adults. Our responsibility is to provide children with all the knowledge and experience they need to become fully functional adults. Do not deprive your children of that learning.

Earlier this year I was minding my own business riding my bicycle on the WA State Park's Columbia Plateau Trail. Nudity is not illegal in Washington State, USA. (Seattle v. Johnson) I was riding the section from Fish Lake to Cheney which is paved and easy for bicycles. It was a beautiful warm sunny day. On the trail I passed about a dozen clothists, some walking, some bicycling. About 1/2 mile from the Cheney parking lot I passed two teen age boys on foot, both wearing long pants and shirt sleeves despite the warm sunny day. Most of the time I stop and put on shorts before arriving in the parking lots. You never know who is going to be there. That's what I did so my groin was covered at the parking area. The parking is up a steep hill from the trail so I arrive winded from the climb. I rested briefly at a sheltered table, and then headed for the restroom. When I came out of the restroom the two teen age boys were there glaring at me as I got onto my bicycle. They looked like a Middle School Bully and his loyal sidekick. Boy: (Aggressive voice) "Why don't you have pants on?" Me: "I'm getting sunshine. It's good for my health." Boy: "There are children on this trail." Me: "Naked is legal. Did you turn into a pumpkin?" Boy: "It's going to be illegal. We're going that direction. You better wear pants. " Me: (Tired of arguing. Starting to ride away) "Just Grow Up" Boy: (Throws his water bottle at me as I'm riding away -- misses) Me: (loud voice) "That is assault. That is illegal." (rides away). I was going to remove my shorts in the parking lot before returning to the trail, but after that confrontation with those two teenage bullies I kept them on until I was around the corner out of sight. One nice feature of a bicycle is that I can quickly be out of range of an idiots. I rode naked back to my car at the Fish Lake trailhead parking. I passed several more clothists, none of whom complained. It is easy for a teenage bully to attack an old many alone. It would be a lot more safe if I had a friend to ride with. One naked man can be misconstrued as a pervert easier than two people. Alas, we are so few, and the clothists are so many. That was the worst negative confrontation I've had in many years of being naked on trails and public places. Perhaps it is a trend. Young people seem to be more body phobic than before. I hope not.

Why is is so much more ofen young men who are champions of forced clothing.

Protecting children comes from a fear that children who see naked people defying the cultural training will learn that forcing them to always wear uncomfortable body covers is only oppressive cultural training and not actually necessary. Children might rebel and demand freedom. That is what they are afraid of.

Winter January 2022.

2022 wood stove 1

In mid winter we have cold and snow in this area. Not good to go outside naked. Its always warm around the stove though.

feeding the fire

It takes a lot of wood to keep our home warm all winter. You can see some of the wood cutting in last year's pictures.

time to rest and relax until spring

Often it feels good to rest and relax near the stove. Warmest part of the house.

Spring with lilacs - June 2022.

2022 lilacs bloom 1

In June the lilacs bloomed. We had an unusually cool spring with more rain than usual, about twice the average rain all spring.

2022 lilacs bloom 2

I can almost smell the lilacs from looking at these pictures. Spokane our nearby city has a lilac festival every year. Lilacs are apparently native plants in this area.

2022 lilacs bloom 3

These bushes were only single stalks about 6 inches high when I planted them our first year.

2022 lilacs bloom 4

It is very comfortable outside natural. I'm part of nature, part of grass and trees and animals in the forest.

Summer Solstice on the land 2022.

2022 july mugwort 1

This spring I planted a couple of mugwort plants. I'm quite amazed at how fast they grow. Mugwort is also a native plant in this area.

2022 july mugwort 1

Often I enjoy just sitting on the lawn watching the grass and plants grow.

2022 summer lilacs

By summer solstice the lilac blooms have gone. Their beauty if fleeting. We will have a lovely green bush for the rest of the summer.

2022 summer solstice 1

It was time to take a few pictures around our place in the country. This is on the west side.

2022 summer solstice 2

Looks like the lawn needs to be mowed. One main reason to have a lawn is for fire break. Wet lawn doesn't burn in a wild fire. That works for city homes and country homes like ours. Keep it wet and mowed.

2022 summer solstice tall grass 1

Away from our sprinklers the native grasses have enjoyed all the extra rain they got this spring, about double the average amount. This wild grass is usually about ankle high, but this year it is so tall it is dificult to walk through. It's starting to dry out. High grass becomes a big fire hazard when it dries.

2022 summer solstice tall grass 2

You can seen the difference between mowed lawn (fire break) and native wild grass. The whole world is very lush and green this spring.

2022 summer solstice truck

I usually park my pickup truck in the shade of a couple of trees. The grass is green and high. Some is starting to dry out by solstice.

2022 6 8 by field

It's really a beautiful area for being part of nature. I often walk the perimeter of our 20 acres. Occasionally I get seen by neighbors or passing vehicle traffic near the roads. It's all a wonderful life. Naked is our natural condition and part of nature herself.

Hog Lake Trip -- July 2022.

2022 hog lake trip 1

One day in July I decided to drive over to Hog Lake which is about 20 miles away. On the way I stopped at public access parking for Amber lake. This was how I drive.

2022 hog lake trip 5

This parking area serves both the boat access for Amber Lake and the Columbia Plateau Trail.

2022 hog lake trip 2

On the way to Hog Lake the gravel road crosses this bridge across a railroad like. It's like the Burlington Northern main line. Lots of freight goes through here every day. I got out to watch for trains.

2022 hog lake trip 3

It's a really big bridge for a country farm road that isn't even paved. I've never encountered any other traffic out here.

2022 hog lake trip 4

Big wide concrete bridge over trains. The railroad grade here cuts through the hill that the road goes over. I suppose it was easier to build a bridge than to cut the hill for a crossing.

FIRE!.

2022 8 3 fire 1

August 3. All that lovely tall grass had dried out with July and August heat. Wednesday afternoon a wildfire began about 2 PM a mile west of our location. Strong westerly winds fanned the flames and pushed it toward us. At 5 PM the Sheriff came and told us to evacuate the area. The electricity went out. My wife left about 6:30 PM. I hooked up our electric generator and stayed to protect our home.

2022 8 3 fire 2

I had our lawn sprinklers cyclding in 15 minute steps around the house. Soggy grass doesn't burn. I had to keep our generator running because out here in the country we don't have city water. Our well pump is our only source of water. That takes electricity.

2022 8 3 fire 3

I didn't get any pictures that night during the fire. By 10 PM everything around us was on fire. Some trees were burning all the way to the top, others were only on fire on their trunks. All that lovely dry grass was in flames. I used garden hoses to fight off fires that threatened our BBQ area, my wood pile, and the closer trees. I also sometimes watered our cars to cool them. At about 10:30 PM I was out naked in my parking area squirting water on nearby trees when a Fireman in a Pickup drove in. He looked around and said that if I continued fighting off the fire all night our house would likely survive. He said that a fire department engine crew would eventually arrive. (they didn't) He didn't mention that I was naked.

2022 8 3 fire 4

At about 2 AM my generator ran out of gas. The pump quit and my watering stopped. Fortunately I keep a 5 gallon container just in case. It was a little nervous out pouring gasoline into a generator while surrounded by fire. The fires provided plenty of light to see what I was doing, but be careful not to spill any or get even vapor escaping. I got it restarted though, and the water came back on.

2022 8 3 fire 5

At about 2:30 AM I had put a lawn sprinkler in front of my wood pile, and twice extinguished flames attacking the pallet boards it rests on. I was still hosing down other areas when some guy from the Electric company drive in. He said he was checking the lines to restart the electric grid. He said the electricity might come back on in another hour.

2022 8 3 fire 6

Well, we survived the fire. Electricity came back on at about 3:30 AM. By 4:30 AM the worst fire had burned everything except larger trees. I finally got some sleep. These pictures are taken the next day, August 4. All that lush green of spring is now black or white depending on how hot the fire got in that spot. The electric company crew began replacing burned poles on a line just to our south. Two days later their mandatory evacuation and road blocks ended so my wife could come home.

Our carefully maintained fire break grass saved the house, but we lost some items that had been in the fire zone. For example our extension ladders were toast. The fiberglass ladder burned, and the aluminum ladder was half melted. The fire department drove around for 2 weeks after most of the fire was over.

People's Park in Spokane, WA -- August 9.

2022 august at peoples park

Life is starting to get back to normal after the fire. After most of a week of dealing with fire aftermath it was time to do something fun. I met some other men at People's Park in Spokane. People's Park has had a tradition of being clothing optional for many years. Occasionally the city police have harassed nudists at People's Park, but not since Seattle v. Johnson. People's Park occupies the confluence of Hangman Creek, and the Spokane River. There is some beach at Hangman Creek, but not as much as there once was. A spring flood washed out a lot of the sand. We sat around on rocks.

2022 wyle at peoles park

This is Wyle at People's Park. He goes there often and was one of the men who met me there. Wyle said he doesn't mind if people take his picture and publish his image. Neither do I. If you go naked in the world you are going to be photographed. That's just how the world is today. It doesn't matter.

Beverly Bridge -- August 19.

2022 beverly bridge 1

Earlier this spring the Washington State Parks held a ceremony to open their refurbished railroad bridge across the Columbia River near Vantage, WA. This bridge is part of the abandoned Milwaukee Road railroad that is now a State Park managed public trail. I finally got a chance to drive (naked) the 135 miles to Vantage, and south about 10 miles to the bridge. .Beverly is a small town on the East side of the bridge.

2022 beverly bridge 2

The Landscape here is rocky and scenic. Depending on which map you read the trail is called Palouse to Cascades trail, or John Wayne Pioneer Trail

2022 beverly bridge 3

Beverly is a little town on the othe side of the river from the State Park's official bridge/trail access parking. The parking is about a mile away from the bridge. They covered railroad ballast with small crushed gravel that is difficult to bicycle on. Large parts of the State Park trails are gravel that makes bicycling difficult. The bridge itself is new concrete with nice safety fences on both sides. I love riding bridges naked.

These State Park trails do not allow camping or motorized vehicles, and are difficult for bicycles. This one from the Palouse to the Cascades is a couple of hundred miles long and would take several days to hike -- but you aren't allowed to camp overnight. It goes through scenic wild country and small towns with few if any hotel accommodations. It's not like the Appellation Trail or the Cascade Crest Trail where through hikers can spend a month hiking the whole length, and stopping at shelters or pitching a tent at night. Somehow the WA State Parks haven't thought through what it takes to make it accessible to the public.

2022 beverly bridge 4

Overall I was glad I went to the bridge. It was a nice bike ride on the bridge even if a little strnuous climbing back up to the parking lot against gravel and gravity. I also had a naked car trip of about 280 miles, mostly on I-90

Our Burned forest -- August 20.

2022 after fire 1.jpg

I wandered out to our property to take a few photos today. Wading through the ashes. Looking at dead trees.

2022 after fire 2.jpg

This is the same as above without the person.

This gets very dirty walking about. Lots of dead trees. Need a shower and foot scrub before going into the house.
